Blooming Buds School, Moga Annual Function: 18th BBS Games Conclude, Leaving an Indelible Mark

The annual function of the 18th BBS Games, which had been ongoing for the past 15 days at the prominent educational institution of Moga city, Blooming Buds School, concluded, leaving their indelible mark. The event was held under the guidance of Group Chairman Dr.  Sanjeev Kumar Saini and Chairperson Mrs. Kamal Saini. In these annual games, students enthusiastically participated in approximately 38 indoor and outdoor games, and 22 track and field events. Alongside showcasing their performance in the games, the students also gave a stunning display of their art through cultural activities during the event. Notably, International Cricketer ‘Shikhar Dhawan’ specifically praised the dance and choreography presented by the students. Famous Punjabi singer K.S. Makhan, Prime Asia Celebrity Reporter Shri Swaran Singh Tehna, Harman Thind, and S. Harminder Singh Bhullar Ji, father of the Indian Women’s Cricket Team Captain Harmanpreet Kaur, also enjoyed the entire program.

Students captivated the audience with vibrant cultural dance presentations. The ceremony featured the BBS Band Display, Vandana (Classical Dance), Regional Dance, and a beautiful Yoga Display.A group dance presentation by pre-primary students on the theme “I Love My School” won everyone’s hearts. Students delivered social and national messages through theme dance presentations like “Say No to Plastic” and “Patriotic Dance – Vande Mataram.” The PT Display and Bat Display showcased discipline and presented a spectacular visual in the cultural program.

All the parents and guests thoroughly enjoyed the students’ performances and encouraged them with applause. This cultural event demonstrates the school’s commitment to all-round development alongside sports.The world-famous folk dances of Punjab, Gidda and Bhangra, were presented during the dance program, which mesmerized the audience. Students gave an excellent display of their agility through the Gymnastics and Yoga displays. This was followed by ‘Gatka,’ dedicated to the martyrdom of Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s family. The chief guests openly appreciated the entire ceremony. They particularly liked the management of Blooming Buds School and the infrastructure provided by the school. Following this, they highly praised the efforts of the BBS Group in promoting sports. The school management honored the attending chief guests with mementos during the event. Finally, the ceremony of extinguishing the burning torch was performed by Arvinderpal Singh Dhaunsi along with the entire staff and guests, with best wishes for the next year. It is noteworthy that for the past 18 years, the goal of Blooming Buds School has been to provide the best infrastructure in every field to the students so that their all-round development can be achieved. This event is an example where students are honored for their achievements in academics, sports, and cultural activities, which further inspires other students to move forward.
