Blooming Buds School, Moga celebrated ‘Teacher’s Day’ with great fanfare

Blooming Buds School, a renowned educational institution in Moga city, under the leadership of Group Chairman Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini and Chairperson Mrs. Kamal Saini, ‘Teacher’s Day’ was celebrated in the school today with great enthusiasm and fanfare. A wonderful program dedicated to the teachers was presented by the students during the morning assembly in the school. In which beautiful charts and motivational articles related to ‘Teacher’s Day’ were presented. Apart from this, the students of LKG, UKG, 1st, 2nd and 4th classes recited poems. Students of class VII recited a poem in Hindi. Students of classes III, V and VI performed dance, students of class VIII sang Qawali and students of class IX-X performed a skit. School Principal Dr. Hamiliya Rani congratulated all the teachers on ‘Teacher’s Day’. Adding to the knowledge of the students, she said that this day is celebrated in the memory of the first vice-president and second president of India, Bharat Ratna Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan on his birthday. This time Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan’s 135th birth anniversary was celebrated. She further said that students should always remember that knowledge cannot be attained without a Guru, only a Guru can guide us from the darkness of ignorance with the light of his knowledge. She said that even in our Shastras Gurus have been given a very high status. Giving a message to the students, she said that every student should always respect his Guru. A tea party was also organized by the school management in honor of the teachers. During which the group chairman Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini congratulated all the teachers on Teacher’s Day and said that only teachers create a better society. Because for them it is not only an occupation but a big responsibility for the future of the students. Chairperson Mrs. Kamal Saini also congratulated all the staff. Addressing all the staff, she said that the foundation of any educational institution will be as strong as the hardworking and efficient staff of that institution, therefore BBS is proud of his teachers. She congratulated all the staff on ‘Teacher’s Day’ and wished the teachers all the best for a bright future. Finally, the teachers who completed more than 10 years of service were honored by the school management. After this, Chairman Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini and Chairperson Mrs. Kamal Saini were also honored with a token of appreciation. After this, the cake was cut.
