K.S. Makhan will be part of Chand Nawan Blooming Buds School’s 9th Annual Sports Meet

Chand Nawan Blooming Buds School, a well-known educational institution of the region completed all preparations for the 9th Annual Sports Meet 2025.  This information was shared by Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini, Chairman of the BBS Group. He stated that the school campus is fully prepared to host this grand annual sporting event with great enthusiasm and spirit. He informed that during the annual sports meet, students will participate in more than 20 indoor and outdoor games along with approximately 19 track and field events. These competitions aim to encourage physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship among students. To motivate and reward the participants, a total of 110 gold medals, 110 silver medals, and 110 bronze medals will be awarded, along with several attractive trophies for outstanding performances. Expressing his delight, he announced that the famous Punjabi singer ‘K.S. Makhan’ will grace the occasion as the Chief Guest. He will honour the winning students by presenting medals and trophies, thereby adding prestige and excitement to the event. He further shared that for the past ten days, intensive preparations have been underway, during which several semi-final and final matches of different games have been conducted. In addition to sports, the annual sports meet will also recognize students who have excelled throughout the year in various co-curricular and cultural activities such as talent hunt programs, acting, and other creative pursuits. Students who have achieved outstanding academic results, maintained 100 percent attendance during the academic session 2024–25, as well as Field Marshals, School Captains, and House Captains will also be honoured with trophies and certificates. School Chairperson Mrs. Kamal Saini stated that the 9th Annual Sports Meet will be a beautiful blend of sports and cultural activities. She informed that a variety of cultural performances including Giddha, Bhangra, regional dances, choreographed performances, and PT displays will be presented by the students. These performances will reflect the rich cultural heritage and creative talents of the students. She further emphasized that the primary objective of the institution is the holistic development of students by providing them with a suitable platform to explore, showcase, and enhance their talents in academics, sports, and cultural fields.
