Preparations for the 18th BBS Games Completed at Blooming Buds School

18th BBS Games to Present a Blend of Sports and Cultural Activities: Mrs. Kamal Saini
The renowned educational institution of the Malwa region, Blooming Buds School, has completed all preparations for the upcoming 18th BBS Games. This information was shared by BBS Group Chairman, Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saini. He stated that this year’s games will offer students a total of 60 sporting options, including 38 different indoor and outdoor games and around 22 track and field events. A total of 200 gold, 200 silver, and 200 bronze medals, along with several trophies, will be awarded to the winners.
Dr. Saini further announced with great enthusiasm that International Cricketer Shikhar Dhawan will attend the event as the Chief Guest and will present medals and trophies to the winning students. Preparations for the event had been underway for the past 15 days, during which various sports, and track and field events were organized. Many semi-final and several final matches have already been conducted. The players who won the finals will be honoured by the Chief Guest during the main event.
It is noteworthy that every year, the school invites eminent personalities from the world of sports as chief guests at the annual event to inspire students and motivate them to excel. Dr. Saini added that, along with sports, students who have excelled academically, those who maintained 100% attendance during the 2024–25 session, winners of cultural events, Field Marshals, the Bagpiper Band, School Captains, and House Captains will also be honoured with trophies and certificates.
School Chairperson Mrs. Kamal Saini shared that the 18th BBS Games will be a fusion of sports and cultural activities. Besides participating in various competitions, students will also showcase their talent in multiple cultural performances such as Giddha, Bhangra, regional dances, choreography, PT display, yoga display, and more. She added that the institution’s primary aim is to ensure the holistic development of children by providing them with the best possible platform to grow.
